Welcome to the Engineering Internship in Pune Program at Myinternship.in. This program is designed to provide third year engineering students with hands-on experience in their field of study and give them a better understanding of the industry. The program will be led by experienced engineers who will serve as mentors for the interns and provide guidance throughout the internship. We do many engineering live project in Pune.
Students can explore and advance their professions via professional practise in the Engineering Internship course. The planned educational plan influences students’ readiness for the workforce through a variety of professional skill-building activities, such as goal-setting, analysis and reflection, employer feedback, informational interviews, and debriefing their experience.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Engineering internships are designed to give students the chance to put their classroom knowledge of theoretical principles to use in the real world. Students who take this course will be able to: Create a strategy to reach your measurable goals. Examine the advantages and disadvantages of a professional environment. Determine how the internship corresponds to the student’s academic studies and career preference. communicate with clarity and assurance in a professional setting. Evaluate your performance and welcome criticism so that you may make the required adjustments. Explain their background and abilities to prospective employers Determine and describe the following steps in their career path.
COURSE EXPECTATIONS & CREDIT
The student must have already secured an internship and be registered for this course during the quarter in which the majority of the internship is completed in order to be admitted to the course. The CC@E must be notified as quickly as feasible if a student’s job status changes at any time during the current quarter. The course is given a CR/NC rating. The student must complete all tasks on Canvas AND score 70% or higher on each assignment in order to receive full credit. Work that is turned in late will be punished one point for each day it is late, as stated in Canvas. Any assignment that requires a “RE-SUBMIT” will result in a two-point deduction from the final grade. Students must also be familiar with and follows Myinternship.in
Objectives:
Give students experience working in their field of study
introduce business norms and best practises to students
Give students the opportunity to work on real projects with experienced engineers
Provide students with a better understanding of the industry and potential career opportunities
Give students the opportunity to make connections in the industry
The program will run for 12 weeks, starting on (insert start date) and ending on (insert end date)
Interns will work full-time, Monday-Friday from (insert hours)
Interns will be expected to attend weekly team meetings and presentations
Interns will have the opportunity to shadow experienced engineers and learn about different aspects of the industry
Responsibilities:
Assist engineers with design and development of projects
Conduct research and analysis on assigned projects
Participate in team meetings and presentations
Help with testing and troubleshooting of products
Learn about industry standards and best practices
Shadow experienced engineers to gain a better understanding of the work
Evaluation:
Interns will be evaluated on their performance throughout the program
Evaluation will be based on the intern’s ability to complete assigned tasks, attend meetings, and work well in a team environment
Interns will be given feedback throughout the program to help them improve their skills
